Limit Anxiety

Let's put ANXIETY in its place. Eliminate the anxiety of day-to-day activities by creating a list that is prioritized with time estimates. The list should include:

  • Work/class schedule
  • Assignments
  • Extra-curricular activities and hobbies
  • Household chores and family responsibilities

Stop anxiety from hindering your ability to complete an assignment. Overcome anxiety by:

  • Visualizing success
  • Preparing properly and breaking your task into small manageable parts
  • Practicing deep breathing, prayer, or meditation when starting to feel stressed

Outdo anxiety by taking care of and believing in yourself (POPO: Positive Outlook = Positive Outcome). Treat yourself right by:

  • Getting enough rest
  • Making healthy food choices
  • Doing something fun and relaxing
